    Flagship program inspiring people to get out of their comfort zone and achieve
    more out of their work and life. Topic includes goal setting, overcoming
    obstacles and having a clear vision of success. This keynote is all about Strategies
    for personal and professional success delivered in a fun, informative way.

“Why Settle for the Balcony? How to get a Front-Row Seat in Life!” | 60-min keynote
    Life is too short to be stuck in the balcony or even settle for general admission. It’s
    time to get a front-row seat with the right attitude, initiative and service to
    others. This session can also be called ‘How to stay Front-Row Positive in a
    Balcony Negative World’.

“Communicating for Results; From Conflict to Cooperation!” | 90-min workshop
    This high content workshop teaches people how to communicate more
    effectively in order to reduce unnecessary conflict in the workplace. Attendees
    will have the skills necessary to handle difficult conversations and difficult people
    with confidence, credibility and grace.

“Which V Are You? Navigating Change with a Positive Mindset” |
2-hour workshop
    When organizations go through any change, people default to either being a
    Victim, Vacationer or a Volunteer. This interactive workshop shows how
    detrimental it is to have a negative mindset towards change. Attendees leave
    with very specific tools to navigate change thus increasing chances of the
    change being successful.

“Front-Row Service; Increase Tip Percentage & Check Average in your Restaurant”
    This program is all about the do’s and don’ts of customer service in food service.
